Ordering any of our products is quick, easy, and secure, using our online store.
If you are going to be at a local (Pacific NW) show, you can purchase products in person and avoid shipping costs.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Can I pay by credit card online?
You can pay for your order using Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover, or a debit card with the Visa or MC logo on it. My website is secure and I do *not* store credit card numbers, for security reasons.
How else can I pay online?
You can also pay online using the Paypal option on the checkout page.
I don’t want to pay online, what are my other options?
You can pay offline by selecting the PAY OFFLINE LATER option. Once you have submitted your order, all the order details will be submitted for processing. You can then email or call with your credit card number, or mail a check or money order in US funds. Orders paid for by check will be processed when your check is received. Returned checks are subject to a fee.
RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
I will gladly cancel your order and refund your purchase if we have not yet shipped your item. If your item has been shipped, and you would like to return it, we will gladly refund your purchase price, less shipping, provided all original materials are unopened and present. If you receive your order and items are not intact (rubber has leaked out of a bag, adhesive has leaked, etc.), I will gladly send enough to replenish what was damaged in shipment
ORDERING AND SHIPMENT POLICY
Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment has been cleared, either through Google Checkout or Paypal. Be aware that using “e-checks” through Paypal can sometimes take several days to clear – but as soon as payment has been cleared, your item will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number.
